Champion dynamics
Let me start by saying I understand from a development stand point this would be a task to be sure but I think it is a great idea that should be considered.
First how about more individuality in champions by implementing a skill tree of sorts. to make it more manageable each skill will only have a selection at level two which would make the skill focus on different on a different goal. Lets use jinx since I just played her the Q can be called arsenal and she choses the gatlin gun or the rocket launcher, w can be called side arm and she choses the zapper as it is or a variation of it as you(rito) see fit. Chompers can be a path with more damage or more cc, but I think for the sake of fairness ults should remain the same.
another idea which I think would be even harder to pull of would be combo moves. for example it taric and lux are on the same team, taric uses that armor thing where he gets covered with crystals, lux ults through taric which could intensify the beam in damage and shrink is AOE or can diffuse it and spread it over a wider area but shorter range(again rito up to you).
