The pain of bronze and a lot of players in general

I would like to hear from someone at riot regarding this.

Seriously do u rioters play the game because if you did im sure you would see the hell people go through when trying to play ranked. with people going afk, trolling, flaming, throw in a couple other terms and you got a list longer then the naughty or nice list. reporting truly doesn't seem to do anything since permaban is super rare, and they just make a new account anyways. I am sure this does not fall on def ears leaver buster was some what of a help but the community still has enough toxic players that it makes solo Q painful.
