A 5-6 year old boy who has loved watching league all his life, and dreams of becoming a champion. One day while playing pretend in his backyard wearing a cape he suddenly changed into a real superhero and smashed his toy truck, but then went right back to being little old Johnny. Amazed by what just happened and a little scared, Johnny went and got one of his other favorite toys, his pretend race car drivers helmet. Wearing the helmet and running around the yard making car noises all of a sudden Johnny zoomed through the fence in his yard smashing it to pieces. Like before changing back into himself he took off the helmet and saw nothing was wrong with him. Johnny continued to experiment with his different toys until he found his favorites and the ones he thought could make him a LOL champion TODAY!!!!

Basically he is a little boy with a great imagination that becomes real. All abilities act as build up effects (think renektons fury) select Q to put on his cape and pretend to be a superhero fight for a little bit with a mild version the ability being persistent then once his imagination meter fills up boom he is a superhero for x number of sec ( but attacking accelerates the ware down).

Passive - because he is a small boy champions pull there punches so to speak, so johnny takes 10% less damage from champion abilities (does not effect ults)

Q - Cape/Superhero - johnny wears his cape giving him increased durability and increased damage / changes into a superhero basic attacks gain area of effect damage and damage is increased by (x%).

W - Racers helmet/ racecar - johnny puts on his helmet gaining attack speed and movement speed / appears to be driving a race car can uses defensively to escape enemy units being knocked out of the way, or can uses as a skill shot by reactivating to crash in an enemy champion (damage scales depending on the amount of remaining imagination, using skill instantly drains bar.

E - super soaker/space lazer cannon - johnny whips out his super soaker gaining increased range and every 4th shot pierces enemies/ the soaker turns into a giant lazer cannon firing all piercing shots each shot uses progressively more imagination.

R - Dream time - johnny falls asleep (channeling for 2-4 secs) after which time he can chose one of his other abilities to transform directly into but this time the duration is increased by 50% and the effects are slightly amplified

My personal vision for the effects are kind of bluish ethereal images being projected out and around johnny i.e the race car is just a ethereal projection surrounding him but he is still walking on his own feet.

I think it would be awesome to have a person making like car noises or phew phew noises something like that for his different costumes.
