yes I know he is not a support but if an item isn't going to work on someone at all it should not be an option for that person.

Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 + (100% AD) health. Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 40 health and grants them kill gold. These effects require a nearby allied champion and consume a charge. Recharges every 60 seconds. Max 2 charges.

Lucian is ranged. He can still share gold if he last hits the minion normally; he just doesn't get the execute.

The execute on Relic Shield only applies to MELEE-autoattacks.

Also, read the tooltips to make sure you know how it is actually supposed to function.

only melee champions can proc the execute. Lucian can still share gold from minions

Yeah and it was broke as shit when the stacks refreshed faster and youd have the adc and sup running the relic shield so much moneys and wave clears if im not mistaken when relic first came out anyone could execute but it got changed hekka quick
