Harrowing Summoner's Rift. Will it Happen?

Back when Riot pulled the beloved Harrowing themed SR it was because the map had changed too much since the original skin was in game and the only way it'd come back was if SR got an update.

Well here it is. Let's see if Riot can actually keep a promise.
