Gatler, The Imp And The Obelisk

Passive: The Imp rides on a floating obelisk and cannot autoattack. Movement speed is 800, but movement commands can be issued only once every 3/2/1 seconds, and can only be issued to locations up to 600 + (25 x level) away. While moving, the Obelisk is untargetable and enemies that come into contact with it take 30 + (10 x level) physical damage. When the Obelisk takes damage from a champion, it is knocked backwards 200 units. This champion cannot purchase items.
Q: The imp conjures a 500-length sword in it's hand that slowly follows the cursor (roughly 0.5 full rotations per second), damaging enemies that come into contact with it. An enemy can be hit by the sword up to three times. If the sword is conjured on top of an enemy champion or they touch the tip, they take damage and are knocked back 300-units. W: The Obelisk erupts in a damaging flash of light that slows enemies for 2 seconds, and then turns to stone after a 0.5 second delay, gaining resistances and reflecting damage on hit for a short time. During this time, the Obelisk cannot be displaced or moved by enemy attacks.
MAGIC DAMAGE: 50/75/100/125/150 DAMAGE REDUCTION: 20/25/30/35/40% DURATION: 3/4/5/6/7 COOLDOWN: 25/23/21/19/17
E: The Imp leaps off of the Obelisk, behaving like a normal champion for a short time and gaining different stats. All abilities can be used during this time. Q will only affect the Imp, and W will only effect the Obelisk. If either the Imp or the Obelisk is damaged, they both take damage. Pressing E during this time makes the imp dash forward 300 units in a burst of speed, dealing physical damage to enemies it contacts. Moving the Imp to the Obelisk and right clicking it returns the Imp to it.

R: The Imp and the Obelisk begin flashing for 3 seconds, and they then explode dealing true damage in a 400-AoE around them, temporarily removing themselves from the map. After 10 seconds, they can re-manifest a distance away from their explosion, permanently gaining bonus max health, armor and magic resist for each enemy champion hit by the explosion.
