Gentleman Gnar's Monocle Is On the Wrong Side In Game
Riot please fix this.

Hiya!
In a lot of instances the splash is flipped, whether it's to fit properly in the champion details page (this is common with champions who share splash art), or for composition in general. In this case, this is working as intended. :]
A Monocle can be worn on either eye as well.
