Skarner Rework Concept
No gimmicks, just a fun scorpion with unique play-making abilities. Not here to balance him out so I will not include too many numbers.
(Passive) Crystal Charge
- Skarner gains a shield and movement speed boost when he hits an enemy with spell damage. Increased for champions.
(Q) Crystalline Claws
- Skarner gains attack speed (35-75%) for 5 seconds. The first enemy he attacks is marked, and his autos will deal bonus magic damage based on the enemy's max health for the duration.
(W) Fracture
- Skarner fractures the ground in a thin line up to 800 units in front of him. Enemys take minor magical damage. At the end of it's path the fracture creates a small circle which rises into a pillar after 1.5 seconds. Enemies trapped inside are stunned for 1.25 seconds.
(E) Fragmentation
- Skarner creates a 400 unit circle around him for up to 2 seconds. At the end of the duration, Skarner will pull in enemies that are 1-250 near him, and knock away enemies that are 250-400 units near him into the outer part of the circle. Skarner can activate early at 1 second.
