Tier Two Resolve Mastery Tree Suggestions
I think it's about time the mastery page got an update, specifically the second tier of the resolve tree.
Suggestions:
- I think an update to "Tough Skin" should add, "You take two less damage from champion single target spells, basic attacks, and neutral monster basic attacks."
I propose four new options for the second tier, in which one would be chosen to be added to the resolve tree:

To bring back the 'Oppression' mastery, "Reduces damage from enemies with impaired movement by 2%"

Bring back a tweaked version of 'Evasive' and 'Reinforced Armor', "Reduces the damage taken from area of effect magic damage and physical critical strikes by 2%" (Why "physical critical strikes"? Because
's E can crit, but it's not physical damage) -
Mitigation: "X% of damage taken is dealt as a bleed effect over 3 seconds instead" (Stacks with Death's Dance)

Shelter: "You take 2% less damage when standing next to an ally with greater health than your own." (This applies when your current health is lower than that of your allies)
Other options for Shelter
- "You take 2% less damage when next to your own standing 'defensive' structures" -> turrets
- "You take 2% less damage when 'taking cover' in brush" (You must not have used any offensive skills or basic attack within the last 7 seconds for this to be active)
- "You take 2% less damage for 3 seconds when you recently regenerated, "shielded", or regained X amount of your max health within 5 seconds" (Time allotted pending) (25 second cooldown)
