Premium Skins/Skin Upgrades

So, I was playing Jax because I'd just gotten two Jax skins one from mystery gift one from hextech crafting. They're both his legacy skins Mighty Jax and Angler Jax respectively.

Now, they're both really simple low RP skins with no additional voice lines, VFX or SFX or animations. Of course they don't have those, those are for expensive skins. I'm disappointed by that because I really love the theme of these skins, but they've been wasted on these low fidelity bare bones skins.

So, my idea was, what if Riot released skin purchaseable upgrades for old skins? Pay some additional RP, and now The Mighty Jax has a custom skating animation in place of his normal walk animation, or some slap shot VFX on his W and more of a body check animation on his Q.

It's just frustrating to see outstanding skin ideas wasted on these ancient basic skins, and I think premium deluxe versions of them would be a neat way to breathe new life into them. Especially for champions who have absolutely huge amounts of skins, but only one or two are ever really used because they're so much better than the others.
