Attributes: Mage
Lore To explore is to journey into a vast territory which you have yet to ever discover. To conquer means to claim this vast territory for your own because you believe it should be yours. To judge is to punish those who conquer wrongfully. Tsendo is the gifted one, who understands what it means to be conquered. He also understands what must happen to those who conquer.
Tsendo was a young war orphan, no older than 15. Each day, he took to a gloomy cavern, for exploration. He journeyed through tomb after tomb, collecting what he declared valuable and trying to scrape up a profit from it in order to feed and care for his brother. The absence of his parents created a gaping hole in this same heart. A partial enjoyment for exploration, and a pain of losing his family was enough of a combination to create a recklessness that no one else had… That, and a supernatural ability to manipulate force. Tsendo possessed the ability to use pull and push forces, although his power was untrained and therefore undervalued. Nevertheless, this power was enough of an aid to save him from most struggles within any cavern he dared to explore.
However, in one cavern, this all changed in a few short seconds of his life. In a very low, underwater setting within the Time Cove, Tsendo discovered an ancient tablet, which possessed a dark magic. The tablet’s readings warned him to turn back. To leave while his chances were still existent. Tsendo disregarded all possibilities of his fate, and therefore disregarded the clearly dangerous warning. He swiped the tablet. To his surprise, he found himself enclosed within a suddenly visible chain of explosives. Each one was covered in a white, restrictive tape which wore a message, difficult to read. Tsendo noticed the tape dissolving, and immediately retreated from the explosives. Before he could, they went off. The explosives began to cause the path outwards to collapse.
Tsendo attempted to reach the exit as soon as possible. Boulders rapidly fell, making it nigh impossible to escape. Tsendo found himself trapped, and slowly began to drown. When he lost consciousness, he found himself in what appeared to be a dream of the universe. A voice called to him, yelling to him to awaken.
“Who are you…?” Tsendo asked hesitantly.
“I am the king of space.” The voice answered. “It is disappointing that you have come to this.
Tsendo did not understand. He assumed he had died, but the voice corrected him, telling him that he is no longer in the Time Cove.
“I have been watching you for a long time, Tsendo.” The King of Space claimed.
“Why?” Tsendo responded
“Your ability is like no other. You possess the power to draw and push those within the boundaries of space.”
“This power… it’s nothing.”
“You’re wrong.” The King shook his head. “ You will awaken your full power soon. Once you have accepted your loss, you will become a harbinger of judgment.
“What do you mean my loss?” Tsendo asked. “What kind of judgment to you mean?”
“You will also become the next King, after my death.” The King spoke quietly.
“What are you talking about?” Tsendo asked, getting louder. The king sighed.
“You will understand very shortly.” He answered. “I am going to bring you back home, but you will not understand what has happened.”
And so the king did as he said. Tsendo made an ethereal descent into the world. To his surprise, he woke up panicked and confused. His brother entered in the room and comforted him, reminding him that he was only dreaming. He discussed with his brother the experience he had with the King of Space. His brother was awed. Still, nothing felt right anymore to Tsendo. Every one of his movements felt as though he was still shuffling through the heavy waters which he was encased inside of in his dream. He could see strange violet rifts in thin air. They attracted him with their inviting and beautiful color, but terrified him, with their static existence, as if they were watching him. Curiously, he decided to follow a path of these mysterious ripples, trying to imagine what they could lead to.
After about thirteen minutes, the rifts led him towards a small cliff. On that cliff, Tsendo could see thousands of armed forces, heading towards his direction. He was afraid, and confused. He rushed back to his home in an attempt to collect everyone nearby and move to a safer area. Successfully, Tsendo, his brother, and 57 others began migrating into the opposite direction. “War is hell.” Tsendo continued to say to himself. While evacuating, his party encountered more soldiers from their direction. In the midst of them all was a tall man, giving multiple orders to these fighters. One order in particular was “Fire!”, and so they did. They military force pushed Tsendo and his innocent people back, into the hands of the other army. They had already invaded his land, forcefully removing and exterminating those who stayed.
This marked the true battle, as both sides began to attack. Tsendo’s friends were doomed within the crossfire, but he fled the scene quickly enough to avoid possibly being hit. Tsendo watched from a distance, as person after person bled. However, when he saw his younger brother crouching, alone and terrified, he saw himself. A child trying to hide from the careless killer, called War. He felt his mind beginning to tear. Memories of his parents, and their deaths at the hands of the military filled him. His heart began to beat, feeling a pressure which stunned him. Finally, he forced himself to move and save his brother, and rushed to the scene. Using his inexperienced power, he defeated around fourteen soldiers. Before he turned, he could feel an incoming javelin aimed at the center of his back. Through the space that separated him and the weapon, he could tell it was no more than 10 meters away. However, his brother - not knowing that Tsendo was aware of it - rushed to his side to push him away from it. And so he did, intercepting the javelin for his older brother.
Tsendo turned, abhorred by the gruesome noise of the spear connecting with the body. A sudden rush of anger and power rushed through him. The violet rifts he noticed had begun releasing gaseous streams of a mysterious energy. They entered his body, giving him a temporary feeling of drowning yet again. His eye color altered, from a joyous brown to a gothic violet. His hair color changed to a deep purple as well. Soon, the heavy feeling of drowning had faded away. With it, he felt infinitely lighter, and quicker than before. His surge of power silenced the battlefield for ten seconds, before it resumed with many soldiers blitzing him. Tsendo effortlessly pushed back every enemy who came within nanometers of touching him, injuring them with the force of Space, greater than being pushed by a moving wall. Each second, he grew angrier and less patient. To end this conflict, he used his new power to ascend into the sky. After a long moment of silence and awe from everyone who saw him, he used collective power to create a shockwave massive enough to destroy all things, and kill all people within 10 kilometers. In a swift moment, all things near Tsendo died.
With their deaths, came the death of the child explorer. His heart, carrying only his brother has been torn and molded to become a stone of judgment. Tsendo is now a weapon, used to end all conflict. His belief is that with the loss of many, comes the fear of losing more. Ultimately, peace will be brought from fear of nonexistence.
Abilities
.:[Innate - Interval]:. Tsendo can have up to 60% Cooldown Reduction
Tsendo has the secondary resource “Time”. 1 Time is generated every second, and 3 Time when he is below 30% health (Stops generating for 3 seconds after Tsendo uses a spell) (Max: 30 Time). Additionally, the costs of his Universal Pull and Heavenly Push are equal to their cooldowns.
Finally, once Tsendo has acquired 60% cooldown reduction, Universal Pull and Heavenly Push will become empowered whenever Tsendo has 30 Time. Using empowered spells places them on a fixed 20 second cooldown and uses 20 Time.
Strategy: Time is manipulated by cooldown reduction. Therefore, acquiring cooldown reduction as quickly as possible is the most optimal way to expand Tsendo’s potential.
Gaining 60% cooldown reduction allows Tsendo to empower his abilities, making them much more useful.
Using runes like Transcendence allows Tsendo to use other items, without having to look into cooldown reduction as much.
.:[Q - Universal Pull]:. Passive: Every rank in Natural Force increases Heavenly Push’s magic damage by 10/15/20/25/30 (+5% of AP) and Empowered Heavenly Push by 25/30/35/40/45 (+5% of AP)
Active: After a 1 second delay. Tsendo pulls in the closest 3/3/4/4/5 enemy units to his basic attack range, and stuns them for 1 second. Universal Pull also deals 60/95/130/165/200 (+25% of AP) magic damage plus 5/8/11/14/17% of their current health in magic damage.
Empowered Universal Pull deals 100/135/170/205/240 (+45% of AP) plus 20% of current health in magic damage and pulls in all enemy champions within range after a 0.5 second delay, stuns them for 1.5 seconds, and causes all magic damage from Tsendo to deal 20/25/30/35/40% increased damage for 8 seconds.
Cooldown/Cost: 15/13.75/12.5/11.25/10 Range: 700 | 1200
Strategy: Universal Pull offers a mid-ranged engage tool which gives Tsendo time to follow with his other abilities.
Universal Pull is great for catching an enemy and getting kills for your team.
Empowered Universal Pull makes Tsendo a massive threat by boosting his damage to higher levels.
.:[W - Natural Force]:. Tsendo surrounds him with 5 floating stones afterwards. While the stones surround him, basic attacks gain 350 range, and consume 1 stone to deal 15/25/35/45/55 (+6% of AP) bonus magic damage. For every stone he currently carries, he gains 10% bonus attack speed. After using Natural Force, his next spell within 5 seconds will have no Time cost, but cannot be empowered even if the Interval conditions are met.
Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Cost: 0
Strategy: Natural Force provides bonus a little extra late game damage by boosting the damage on his other spells a little bit.
This spell is ideal in giving Tsendo more versatility in his combos. Using Natural Force means that he can use the base Universal Pull or Heavenly Push, and then empower the other ability afterwards.
Natural Force gives Tsendo more fighting power in lane, using range to harass an opponent.
.:[E - Heavenly Push]:. Passive: Every rank rank in Natural Force increases the magic damage of Universal Pull by 10/15/20/25/30 (+5% of AP), and empowered Universal Pull by 25/30/35/40/45 (+5% of AP)
Active: Tsendo reaches forwards, grabbing the first enemy champion he touches, and stunning them 0.75 seconds. Whether or not Tsendo grabs any enemy champion, after 0.75 seconds, he fires a wind shockwave around him afterwards. This wave damages surrounding enemies for 80/120/160/200/240 (+25% of AP), plus an additional 5/8/11/14/17% of their missing health in magic damage, and knocks them back 1000 units. If Tsendo grabbed an enemy champion, they are not knocked back, and deal 30/35/40/45/50% reduced damage to Tsendo afterwards.
Empowered Heavenly Push causes Tsendo not to reach forward, but instead fly upwards and create the wave of wind. The wave deals 100/140/180/220/260 (+45% of AP) magic damage plus an additional 20% of the enemy’s missing health. The wind wave also expands up to 1300 units over 1.5 seconds, pushing enemies back continuously, although they can only be damaged once. Tsendo also gains a decaying 40% movement speed boost for 2 seconds afterwards
Cooldown/Cost: 15/13.75/12.5/11.25/10 Range: 600 | 0 to 1300
Strategy: Heavenly Push offers high execute damage, allowing him to finish enemies who have been hit by Universal Pull.
Using Heavenly Push allows Tsendo to pick from nearby enemies, and force away the rest.
Empowered Heavenly Push is a great way to end a fight or heavily swing it, as well as disengage.
.:[R - Black Hole]:. Tsendo throws a dark sphere in a line, which emits a gravitational wave, slowing nearby enemies by 20/30/40%. If it hits an enemy champion, it will connect to them and make them feel heavy, dealing 150/225/300 (+40% of AP) magic damage, and slowing them by 50/65/80% for 1.5 seconds after. Allies within 600 units of this enemy also move at a bonus 40/60/80 movespeed when moving towards them.
After 1.5 seconds, the space around the enemy implodes, dealing 150/225/300 (+40% of AP) magic damage to all surrounding enemies, (50% damage against the initial champion) and pulling them in. The implosion creates a tear in space, making impassable terrain around the target for 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown: 120/100/80 Range: 1000 Implosion Radius: 500
Strategy: Black Hole is a great spell for controlling enemies.
If the sphere hits an enemy, it gives your team the chance to close in and kill them. If it misses, there is still some time to act.
The implosion walls in nearby enemies, thus making it easy for your team to catch them and defeat them.
