A legacy/Vanilla/Private server for LoL????

LoL is one of the best games I have ever played, but over time I have grown to despise some of its ahhhhmmmplayersahhhhhhmmm elements. Over time game just became more toxic, as the game developers started steering the LoL ship into a unexplored ocean called eSport. Many champions i love like Azir are downright unplayable for casual platinum like me. Why? Because skillcap for them are far to great after the nerfs intended for proplay. Map got changed by extreme and doesnt feel like that beautiful map I loved. Now we have plants, herald and all sorts of stuff I think game would have been better without. And let me not get started on turets who turned into a simple must protect objective instead of being a nice little base of safety. Many of champions I loved are gone in VGU rip AP Sion. And let me just say one more thing before I continue to my post. I HATE, I MEAN I AM LITERALY DISGUSTED by new client. Why couldnt we at least keep the look and position of elements of the old legacy client.

After all this rant here comes the post. I would enjoy playing LoL on a private server, which would operate on any patch from S1-S3,maybe even early S4 And I am sure many of the other players would as well. I would want to see how this Legacy LoL (LLoL from now on) develop. Eventualy I would like every champion in LoL to come to LLoL, but in a different way, casual way.  I dont want champions made for proplay that are intended to do mumbo jumbo wombo combos. I want more of a casual take on champions. Where we could have fun items like WOTA and SOTO and others that got removed. A place where we can experiment all day long and never exaust all the possible item combinations. I want a place where ranked does not exist. You simply play for fun. A game that releases patches not to supplement proplay, but a game that makes patches to aid its casual playerbase.
