Suggestion for Skin Shards

The 7 day rental is useless right now so I suggest an incentive like if you play a champion with the skin rental 7 times or once a day for a week you get to keep the skin to save on orange essence and put it on a 30-60 day cool down so people that are impatient are willing to still spend orange ess. and so people don't keep spamming it. Also people who don't own the champion would have to play a champion to get the skin for free and that forces them to try the champion and learn how the champion works getting more people to try champions they never played and mains get a reward for hard work knowing the champion by playing the game.
