Skillshot Auto Attacks ADC

I won't write out a whole kit here. Most of you wouldn't read it. But feel free to post suggestions on how to make this champ work. Imagine a slow adc that when he/she attack moves, they channel a slow projectile to that location that explodes dealing aoe. Their kit would be used to defend themselves and keep people at range. It would be different from Kog ma but similar. I just think it would be fun to have to dodge the basics. You could give them lot's of power because of the unreliability.
