IP Skin Reward

I have been noticing lately that riot has been offering us as players a lot of rewards and incentives to play a good fun game. This has had an amazing effect on the game. Since I started, riots unending fight to squelch the ragers and haters. And make LoL the impressive fun game it is to play now, has been a hands down win. Now to my suggestion could you guys at Riot maybe offer a skin to all the player that qualify in some way every month for IP instead of RP?
