Icons
So I own the 2013 C9 Icon. Will I not be allowed to use the emote unless I buy another C9 Icon because its new , or this year y would I buy the same icon twice? Please tell e I will be ale to emote with my 2013 Icon?

ya i believe its tied to the newer icons, its sad, but you are going to have to buy the icon again!
they really should have made it IP to begin with. i cant even remember the last time they had an icon that could be bought with IP.
Still though once in awhile they can do icons being buyable with IP. They have other means to make money other than Icons!
