[Champion Skin Idea] Arcade Riven

As we all know, the arcade theme has four champions and . Out of these, none of them are a top laner. Because of this, I believe Riven should get an arcade skin. Riven has many different abilities that can have their own affects, and she only has 3 skins.

Arcade Riven will most likely be a Legendary or Ultimate Skin. (1820) or (3150)

Looks : Riven will wear a black jumpsuit with a purplish tint. There will be many streaking lines going up and down her body in geometric patterns that bring strips of rainbow around her body. Similar to skin. Her helmet will be like a headset with a microphone. Her sword will be made of two Tetris blocks. On block is an L shape using 3 blocks. The other one is a two block figure that sits in the middle of the L. Between the two pieces there will be a line of rainbow.

Passive : Whenever her passive hits a target, make the target shine a small amount.

Q : On first use, change all her rainbow line into shining pink/purple On second use, change all her pink/purple into cyanish On third use, change her back to normal rainbow and make a crater for 3 seconds where she ends up.

W : Change the Runic pattern into a swirling rainbow. Kinda like a tornado.

E : On use, make 3 hoops around her with random rainbow colors. Also, make her rainbow lines change into the colors cyan, light green, and pink/purple until used again.

R : Make her rainbow shine brighter, and move faster. Change get sword pieces into the 3 block L piece and the 5 block piece that is similar to a t without 1 side of a cross.

The Q will show over all abilities (if multiple colors are supposed to be shown, Q will be shown). Next is e, then r, then regular.
