Quick ult concept for a VGU'd Volibear

So my mind was wandering and I started thinking about the lore of Ord(an Karr)is from Warframe. Hard to do this without spoiling, but TL;DR barbaric warrior who has a piece of bone in his neck that if removed, makes him bleed out as he fights his final desperate battle. Then I wondered, what if we did that to Volibear?

Basically, Voli's got a bunch of spearheads and arrowheads and assorted weapon bits in his back from centuries of war. But he also has a sword in him, that is buried deep in his body - only the hilt shows. It's the only thing keeping him intact, even though he's a demigod. So when he ults, he rips out the sword, gaining damage, attack speed, etc. while losing health per second as he bleeds out. It's NSFW for China, but I thought something like this would be pretty cool.
