The New Teemo Skin Should Not have been legendary

The reason I say this is because it seems so cost inefficient to give a legendary skin to a champion that is regarded as a troll pick atm, i am not saying that teemo shouldn't get a skin, but riot would make so much more money if they gave it to a champion with even the slightest bit of viability. LIke, i have been playing all day and i have not seen the new teemo skin. When the legendary nasus skin came out, everyone was playing nasus w/ the skin. The point im trying to make is that although it is a really well polished and good idea for a skin, it is and will make very little money due to the communities regard of teemo.
