Name: Ralia, the old Hunter

Ralia is a long range Support Champion, whos main role in the game it is to give vision to the team and to disrupt the enemy team. She is always accompanied by her loyal magical falcon Caesar, who was with her since her youth. During their time together they developed a deep connection, so that their spirits became linked. They can communicate over long distances and Ralia is able to see through Caesars eyes.

HP: Low Resistances: Low Secondary Bar: Mana Attack Range: High Attack Damage: Medium Movement speed: High

Passive: Thanks to Caesar, Ralia is able to look over the terrain closest to her. When within 200 (1)/300 (6)/400 (12)/500(18) range from a wall, you are able to look over it, as far as your normal Vision radius allows it. This bonus is lost when Caesar is not with you.

When you enter a bush, you set up a trap inside, that alarms you when an enemy enters that bush. (You don’t get vision, just a ping that shows you the trap has been activated).

Q: Ralia: Disarming shot Ralia takes aim for 0.5 to 3 seconds and then fires an arrow in the target direction. After channeling for 3 seconds, the ability becomes targeted. The first enemy Champion hit by the arrow (Or the target after 3 seconds) takes damage and is disarmed for up to 5 seconds. A disarmed enemy cant attack, but is still able to use spells. The target is able to end the disarming effect early by taking up his weapon (By simply walking over it, like how Olaf picks up his axe). The weapon drops behind the target, how far away depends on the level of the ability and how long Ralia channeled. (when only channeled 0.5 seconds, the weapon would drop right next to the enemy, with a 3 second channel it would be like 200 range away, a bit more than melee range))

Caesar: Rush Caesar gains a burst of movement speed for a short time.

W: Ralia: Flare Ralia shoots a flare that explodes, fearing all enemys in the area for 0.25 seconds. This ability has a very low Cooldown (like 2 seconds at max rank), holds multiple charges and has a very long range, but a fixed projectile speed, so it takes longer to reach areas that are far away. It deals no damage.

Caesar: I see you Caesar reveals bushes and camouflaged units around him for a short time.

E: Ralia: First aid Ralia channels for 2 seconds to apply bandages and a special healing salve to an allied champion, who is rooted, silenced and disarmed for that duration. After the channel is finished, the target has highly increased health regeneration. The Health regeneration is lost after some seconds when the Champion takes damage.

Caesar: Keep Watch Commands Caesar to hover over one area, returning the control of the player back to Ralia. When you target Ralia with this spell, Caesar returns to her right away. While hovering over an area, Caesar can be spooked by enemy attacks, fleeing after 3/4/5 attacks. He then takes some time to return to Ralia.

R: Eyes in the Sky Caesar enters the Rift together with Ralia, which means she already has one rank of her Ultimate at Level 1. If locked on Ralia, Caesar will circle over her, which increases her Vision radius by 50/100/200/300. Once Raila levels her Ultimate, she can activate it to link herself with Caesar to scout the Rift through his eyes. Caesar Moves with 300/350/400 Movement speed and has a vision radius of 700/800/900. Caesar himself is flying, which means that he can pass over terrain. As long as you control Caesar, you cant use any of Ralias Abilites, but you gain a set of scouting abilities. Caesar cant be damaged or targeted and is not able to see camouflaged units even when right on top of them.

(For comparison: A Champion has 1200 vision range, a pink ward has 900)

I'd say a bit too similar to Quinn, thematic-wise.

I honestly like it being a support main myself. However, there are a few quirks that bothered me. Ralia has no damage, CC, or major healing in her kit(I'm assuming that her E has a fairly decent cooldown). I mean vision is a wonderful thing I just think there's somethings you could change. Like I would instead just make her Q a skillshot only, the further you are the shorter the weapon drops. This way you can add some damage to this ability. As for the guy who says she's compared to Quinn, she's Quinn's little sister :D.

Interesting concept, however I feel like it is quite similar to some existing champs already. Tbh it sounds like a mix of Ashe, Teemo and Quinn to me, and I'm not sure if there's too much differentiation from the existing abilities. Gameplay wise, I see it being sort of similar to bard's, as a roaming support, which I really love the idea of having more champs like that, so +1 for this. Perhaps if the abilities were a little more unique, I could see this idea being added possibly.

PS. I dont think Caesar is the best name for a bird belonging to a tribal like person. I think something like ishkawae or something would be more fitting (No idea where that came from but something that sounds like you just cleared your throat)
