If we get another Legendary Tier project skin next year

Can it be for Shen. We don't have a purple project skin and since his VO wasn't updated getting it in a legendary skin is the least you can do. I just want to taunt Zed without blowing my E.

Sorry but Cassiopeia and Swain have been waiting for over 3.5 years now for a new skin to come out, these two are on the very top of the waiting list if you don't count everyone else who has already received a visual update. In the snakelady's case it was a mere texture-update back in 2014 along with an updated classic splashart, but that's it.

Cassiopeia last skin was on Feb. 8, 2013, Shen last skin not counting TPA was on April 18, 2012. If you do count TPA it was May 24, 2013. That is only three mouth less time than Cass. Shen is in need of a skin as much as Cass. As for Swain he is in some BS limbo where he is too high on the VU list for a new skin.

Yorick already received a VGU, pal. Same case for Poppy, literally all of her skins received extreme changes. Urgot and Swain are on the schedule for major updates like you said, no need for them to get anything without wasting resources and time that could have went into updating them.

Shen received a visual update which updated ALL of his skins along with new models and new splasharts for all of his outfits. He also got whole new animations, he doesn't move like a crab anymore!

Cassiopeia is the only remaining champion in that list who truly deserves an immediate skin-release since none of her skins received updates, her and Renekton only got cheap texture-updates like I said earlier. She didn't get any love from the visual deparment in ages, that needs to change.

Just because they receive a VGU that doesn't mean they don't deserve a skin. The point of the VGU is to make the champion more viable and healthy enough to warrant putting resource into making a skin for them. Why make a skin for an unplayable champ? Now that they've receive their VGU it give them more reason to make skin for those champs.

Though you are right in that Cass haven't gotten any love in the visual department I don't like how you think it is acceptable for other champ to be deprioritized just because they receive their VGU.

Also Riot work on many skin at a time. If Riot were to make 3 project skin again next year and Shen do get a Project skin it is not really denying Cassiopeia anything because she won't likely be pick as one of the 3 to get a project skin, it just doesn't fit her too well.

I know this last part is a bit confusing and hard to follow but I hope you get what I'm trying to say. I don't really know how their skin department work but if its anything like their VGU department where they have multiple team then one team would focus on PROJECT skin. Cass probably won't be on their radar so there won't be a case of we chose to make Project: Shen over Project: Cassiopeia.
