If we get another Legendary Tier project skin next year
Can it be for Shen. We don't have a purple project skin and since his VO wasn't updated getting it in a legendary skin is the least you can do. I just want to taunt Zed without blowing my E.

Sorry but Cassiopeia and Swain have been waiting for over 3.5 years now for a new skin to come out, these two are on the very top of the waiting list if you don't count everyone else who has already received a visual update. In the snakelady's case it was a mere texture-update back in 2014 along with an updated classic splashart, but that's it.
it's 7 vs 2 now , we need more bad guys on Zed's side......how about an evil Project Shen skin....a brainwashed Project character
