When will we get new skins for LeBlanc?

Currently, has a total of 3 skins; only 2 are available for purchase. Both of these skins are under 975 RP and their quality and concept reflect this cost.

Are there any skins in the pipeline, or are we to be deceived for longer? Is she on the list for a visual update and is that why we aren't getting anything new and of higher quality?
