So I've recently been interested in playing LeBlanc despite her nerfs. I don't have the guts to play her in ranked (Plat 2) because my ELO knows how to deal with squishy assassins for the most part, but I've tried a few games in normals. I'm also scared because her win rate is so low in all brackets. That said, does anyone still play her successfully in ranked games? What do you build? What runes do you run?
I recently lost to a fed Leblanc, but that's because she was free farming against my constantly disconnecting team and taking kills when someone lagged out in lane.
I'll still play her if I get the chance. Her damage output is still really high, and her mobility is second only to Kassadin come late game.
If you get the change to play her because you know you're against someone who struggles to deal with her, why not pick her?

I still main LeBlanc ( been playing her since and before the changes to her kit.) I have over 200 games with her this season and I don't intend on stopping. I'm also working my way with platinum with her also.
Currently I've been formulating how she works and I think that just going raw dmg on her is the best. She has no hard CC to stop other casters anymore so death is the best cc, one would say. Recently I've been changing my item build up alot. Mainly you want to get chalice against Ziggs, Ahri, Orianna, Syndra. Then go for a Deathcap or Deathfire grasp, but I prefer deathcap because its pure raw AP and the active on dfg is too long to be able to constantly burst targets down, Plus when you build more AP you will get more in return. So Athenes, Deathcap, VoidStaff, Death Fire Grasp, Banshees, Sorc Shoes is still good right now.
