[Gameplay] Ekko's Q does no damage with 45% CDR

On Ekko, I've been selecting the 45% CDR mastery and achieving the cap by purchasing sheen, morellonomicon and using 10% from runes. When I have maxed Q and achieved the cap, I lose all the damage on my Q on its first trip out after I've used Q once (effectively spamming Q on cool down). This will happen every single time you do it, making Ekko a late game liability once you've hit the cap.

Steps:

  1. Max Q.
  2. Achieve CDR cap.
  3. Use Q first time, it will do full damage both ways.
  4. Mash your Q till it comes off cool down. This time it will go through all targets without doing damage the first time (wont proc passive or any buffs) and only do damage on the return trip, effectively halving your damage output.

Ekko Q enter a time paradox making it rewind back trough time and space and creating a entire new universe. Your cooldown are so high that it simply have no time to exist in its current state, form, placement and time. Henceforth it disappear from your current game to affect a different player casting the same skill with the same CD at the same person for the same damage however in that game your jungler is accepting responsibility for feeding top lane with all of his failed attempted ganks.

Rule 0 of time traveling is that each past universe still exist and do not cease to exist simply because something moved on.

So you are stuck with a non existent Q.

TLDR : it fucked up on you. Stop messing with time!
