Haven't played League since Omega Teemo's release, question.
What's with the captain gangplank skin? is this permanently new Gangplank? or?

RavenHusky1 votesIt was part of a bilgewater event where GP got a visual and gameplay update, then Miss Fortune "killed" him, and he came back in his current base form. Captain GP was given to anyone who played GP during the event.
