Suggestion to improve champion select

Someone not noticing it's their turn to lock champion happens too often so here's what I suggest. Make it pop up! Sure there is the ticking sound, but how many of us have turned off the sound because it's too loud and annoying(that clanking sound of accepting the match, locking the champs,...). Players probably also have music playing or a video. I don't think anyone is just staring at the LOL screen all the time, we do other stuff on the pc while we wait our turn. So LOL pops up if it's minimized when it's your turn, but if you accidentally left it open in the background and then opened say chrome over it, you'll miss your turn and lose lp if it's ranked.
