CDR and MR are the problem now, say you want to have about equal armor and MR.

Mobillity boots
Knight's Wow
Frozen Heart
Locket
Banshee That's only 20% cdr, if you take Mikaels instead of Banshee does that even work with healing from the Knight's Wow? Even if it does that item sucks coz no HP and you get 30%cdr
FOTM
Mobillity boots
Sightstone
Knight's Wow

Redemption same here, does it boost Knight's Wow and FOTM? Only 20% cdr here and sightsone is taking up a precious item slot so that tankiness is meh... There are too few pure MR/HP/CDR items and the choices torture me every game XD

ur missing that taking ruby gives fotm and lokcet a 20% cdr. alos there is a reason some people take anicent coin over relic shield ill take the 10% cdr and more income gain but im losing 300 hp so what

It reduces the cooldown of item actives.

It doesn't actually provide CDR for ability usage.

Oh yes, I actually never build it as I leave it for last and if it gets to that I rather just sell it and buy something better for fights around baron and elder dragon, yeah I know it sounds noobish but that's how I play in platinum.

I actually forgot you can buy ancient coin on anyone other than Janna (and I only buy it when I can't even poke) Hmm cdr boots, shame about mobillity but seems those will be the main boots now, first build though has too much armor which stops being dmg reduction effective after ~200 unless you're against ad team and you buy thornmail but then you'll still lose because f**k you, that's how it happens 95% of the time.
