Twisted Fate has only 9 Skins so far, and its been 1 whole month since Riot gave him a skin. I really started thinking that they dont care about him anymore, i saw that skin of his, Moonwalker and i would really love to see him having a Michael Jackson inspired skin with his dance etc

Please let him have a special quote if he kills annie right after his ult, let him say annie u ok? you've been hit by youve been struck by a smooth criminal. Garen has one for darius when they vs each other let TF say it to annie if he pulls off a kill on her please after his ult
Would buy TF for this skin. Pretty sure Riot could get away with it if it was just a skin without any dance moves.
Include the dance moves and then things get sticky. Too much resemblance. Not sure how far parody protection goes when it comes to making money. Could always ask Weird Al. I'm sure he knows.
Also, that is some really nice art work. It makes me actually want to buy TF, whom I do not currently own.

It's Malzahar dancing the Moonwalk. TF dances the Gangnam Style. I really loves this skin but ... I don't really think it would pass because of the moonwalk Malzahar. XD

I'd buy Twisted Fate again for this skin.
Although technically, this could be tweaked only slightly and it would also work as an arcade skin, because Michael Jackson's Moonwalker is legitimately one of the greatest video games of all time. (probably didn't hurt that expectations for the game were extremely low, but in the end that doesn't matter much)
You could combine the visual effects with references to the game and similar sound effects, and have him throw his hat along with two cards from time to time. (it would return of course, but probably wouldn't do damage or anything. I'm not sure if that would be too much of a visual change to be allowed for a skin though)
