I'm mostly referring to Gentleman Cho'Gath and Piltover Customs Blitzcrank. They are nowhere near the quality set for Legendary skins. Are there any plans to update them in the hopefully near future?
I dont believe Piltover customs blitz is a legendary. I think it is a 1350 or a 975. But yeah when tristana got her VU firefighter trist got new particles but Magnificent TF never did when he got his VU.
