Please stop picking Bard in lower ranked.

Please, for the love, just stop. He's a unique and interesting support with a lot of potential. Yes, I get that. However, the vast majority of players who pick him don't know how to play him effectively. You might think that you're the exception to the rule, but you likely aren't. I'm not trying to knock you and say you're bad... I'm just saying that he's a champion that requires a very unique play-style, and not one that you'll play well without a lot of practice. The other issue, is people don't know how to play with him yet. They don't understand the power spikes, farming safely while he roams, ganking (especially with a poor Bard) is awkward, etc. Lastly, if you do decide to pick him, please take into account the match-up. If the enemy teams locks in a Sivir/Blitz and your ADC locks in Vayne... Don't pick Bard. That's just asking for trouble.

I really don't want to waste a ban on Bard, but I might start. Please. Stop.
