Champion designed to inhabit all of Runeterra's qualities. Each region is represented by an ability.

Abilities
Passive: Icathian Tenacity | Bandle Magic
Icathian Tenacity: Terunis gains 20% damage reduction while under slow effects and 40% damage reduction while under hard cc effects.
Bandle Magic: Every 15-10s Terunis' next damaging spell deals 20% additional true damage over 3 seconds, revealing units
Q: Noxus' Assault | Freljord's Advance CD 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 | Cost 45/50/55/60/65 | Range 200+125 |X| CD 11/10.25/9.5/8.75/8(3 charges) | Cost 20/25/30/35/40 | Range 800
Noxus' Assault: Terunis rushes forward and stabs his sword into an enemy, and them slams them into the ground. Dashes forward after a 0.5s delay and stabs a unit for 80/120/160/200/240+(50%AD) Physical damage as bleed over 5 seconds. Stabbed units are slammed down in a target direction after 0.5 seconds, stunning them for 0.25 seconds.
Freljord's Advance: Terunis dashes forward 100 units and shoots out an icicle in a direction. Icicles deal 30/50/70/90/110+(30% AP) damage to the 1st enemy hit. Works kind of like Viktor laser/ Taliyah shove. Killing a unit with this grants an additional charge.
W: Bilgewater Grave | Shadow Tomb CD 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 | Cost 60/65/70/75/80 | Range 750 |X| CD 20/19/18/17/16 | Cost 75
Bilgewater Grave: Terunis shoots an explosive charge that leaves a puddle around the area for 6 seconds. Initial hit deals 70/95/120/145/170+(120% Bonus AD) Physical damage in a 250 unit aoe. Leaves behind a 350 unit puddle. Puddle grants 40/42.5/45/47.5/50% increased movement speed for allies, and applies a 15% movement and attack speed slow on enemies and grievous wounds.
Shadow Tomb: Terunis goes invisible for 3/3.5/4\4.5/5 seconds. Recast to go completely blind and in an invisible stasis for 2 seconds. Upon returning Terunis snares enemies around him for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. 300 snare range.
E: Demacian Strike | Shuriman Storm CD 14/13/12/11/10 | Cost 35/40/45/50/55 | Radius 250 |X| CD 20/18/16/14/12 | Cost 60/70/80/90/100 | Range 650
Demacian Strike: Terunis throws his sword in the sky and then slams it on the ground knocking units airborn around him. Sword remains in the air for 2 seconds, recastable after 0.5 seconds to pull the sword to his location slamming it into the ground, deals 60/90/120/150/180+(70% AD) Physical Damage and knocks units airborn for 1.25 seconds.
Shuriman Storm: Terunis sends out a storm of sand, he may cast again to push all units inside in a target direction, range increasing over time. Like Viktor R with an azir R like push when recast. Affects allies and enemies. Deals 20/30/40/50/60+(15% AP) every second for 5 seconds. And deals 100-300% damage in a 300x 200-500 line when recast, pushing all units to the end of the line. 300 aoe. 1-4 second recast ratio. Recastable after 1 second.
R: World Shift CD 12 | Cost 60 Change between Twin City and Aspect form.
Active: Verdant Blessing. Shift into alternate form and heal for 50/75/100/125+(10% Bonus HP) over 5 seconds.
Twin City: Attacks with a chem-tech gun and uses a hex-tech blade. Chem-Tech gun has a range of 500, and deals 16/18/20/22% damage in a 200 unit cone from target's location every second for 2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. Each second will apply on-hit effects.
Aspect: Attacks with Ionian magic. Ionian Magic deals 50% AD + 30/35/40/45% of AP Magic damage on basic attacks, with a range of 450/500/550/600 and 30% reduced attack speed. Will trigger spell effects.
Lore: Basically grew up in Zaun with parents from Piltover & Zaun, and his parents split up. So with the cities Zaun and Piltover and his separated parents he grew up hating division. Hoping to be able to fully unite Zaun and Piltover he journeyed to Mt. Targon to seek out the gods. He was granted the title of Aspect due to his unwavering conviction towards unity, and tasked with uniting all of Runeterra. Though he was allowed the ability to alternate between person and aspect at will, in order to understand and bring his purpose to fruition. Bandle City is hidden, so hence the reveal on passive.
Shadow Isles is obscured, so hence the invisibility.
Zaun/Piltover are represented through his Chem-tech and Hex-tech weapons.
Mt. Targon represented through his alternate form, as well as Ionia through his magic attack.
Demacia and Noxus are kind of the same, but Noxus has bleed damage and Demacia just has normal. And one is clearly more violent in nature.
Bilgewater is like cannon + waters, so pretty well represented.
Shurima I just threw down a sand storm, because it fits. But added the shove to make the ability a little more unique.
Freljord is just a simple ability, but functions rather well(like most Freljord champs :P ).
Jungle is represented by R heal.
Icathia... I just had no idea. We only have Jax/Zilean from there?
