Dart, the Velocity Talon
Here’s my take of a champ I thought of myself Scroll down for ability descriptions
Introducing Dart, The Velocity Talon Role: Support Faction: From Ionia lives in Piltover now Resource: Mana Squishy but very fast Damage: Mixed
Dart is from a tribe of dragon vastayan, although not the strongest in his tribe he was the fastest, he could out maneuver any opponent he fought against, as long as he had legs he could fight as long as he had speed he could win. Good times sadly come to an end, during the Noxian invasion against Ionia his tribe was attacked eventually losing his whole and losing his legs. Even after losing his legs he did not die the Noxians would let him bleed out and watch as his whole tribe got destroyed, this was their message of cruelty they made him witness something far greater than death. Seeing your whole race die in front of you. Minutes after the Noxian invaders destroyed his village, An Ionian man found him. The man treated Dart’s wounds and bandaged what was left of his legs. And carried him to his boat.

“Where are you taking me” Dart said “To a place to regain what you lost”. I lost my whole tribe and my legs how in the world would anything help me regain what I had lost?. A brief silence filled the air and then the man spoke “You are too young to be giving up, the place we are heading to, is Piltover is a place filled with mechanics and they can bring you legs again”. Dart was bewildered the man would carry him over sea to a foreign place just to get his legs back, he has never seen such an act, even though he might not get his tribe back he is at least getting back on what the world took from him. “Why would you do all of this just to help someone like me? A vastaya not even the same kin as you?” The man replied I too have lost everything, I gave up on the world, I’ve given for a long time but I cannot see others give up like I did, hope is something we must not give up on and I want everyone to not go through the pain that I did. When you get your legs back promise me you will help others not give up like I have, you are still young, you may not get your tribe back but as you help more people you meet, I promise you that you will see them again when your time is done. Thank you, Dart was moved by the man’s speech once he regain his legs Dart would devote his life to helping other find their way.
After the trip from Ionia to Pilotover some scholars picked him up and carried him to one of Piltover’s greatest inventors Jayce. Jayce upgraded Dart’s body giving him new prosthetic legs with 3 exhaust ports on each calf and 6 more on his back. He also gained a special helmet that lets Dart see better along with very cool lenses and a gloves that emitted strong sound waves. Getting used to his new legs was hard but he had to overcome it to fulfill the promise he made to the man who brought him here. So he tried each and every night but it was not the same as his real legs even with Jayce making adjustments he still was not satisfied eventually he had to succumb to the tech of his new body. The promise he made to that man was his first priority and even though he doesn’t have the legs he once had, he devoted his new life to helping the people of Piltover and even though young Dart still has much to learn his goal is to help others no matter what he’s running with.
Abilities I’m not gonna go into numbers I’ll just give a brief description
Passive: Fastfeet Dart must always be on the move the more he moves he gains stacks of momentum allowing him to be faster and ignore unit collision. Stacks up 10 times
Additionally Dart’s passive lets him convert bonus health into movement speed
Q: Forcewave Palm Dart’s next auto lets him emit a wave from his palms doing damage in a cone and knocking back the opponent he used the AA on If an ally is in the cone they get healed Does AD
W: Pulse Shield Dart’s sends a pulse shield from his palms resulting in a mini barrier as well as speeding them up for a brief moment,it can be casted from a range so Dart can save adcs from a far if they are in trouble
E: Vanishing Dash Dart dashes in a straight light doing small ap to units he dashed through at the end of the dash if he collides with an enemy champion they get tainted for a second Use vanishing dash to get up close to an enemy and knock them back while they are taunted Or use it to quickly heal an ally if they are in trouble in the middle of a wave or getting chased in the jungle utilizing the prescence of scuttle is very good to saving teammates if you align it right
R: Engine Sprint Does AP Dart channels a giant sprint. When Dart sprints he leaves behind flames from his exhausts that briefly stuns opponents recasting this ability let’s Dart drift into a 180 degree turn letting him sprint back the way he came from Make sure to use this ability wisely Dart doesn’t have two sprints he has a single long one he can recast the 180 any time during that so a carefully timed sprint can stun a whole team twice.
