+70 AD +40% Attack Speed

Builds out of: item 1038 + item 3101 + some other gold idk

UNIQUE Passive: Hitting targets with autoattacks burns them for an additional 5% Total AD physical damage over 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 4 times. Upon reaching 4 stacks, your next autoattack on that target will deal 5% bonus true damage to them and (EDIT: removing the burn as soon as the effect ends. 8 second cooldown per target.) Heal for 50% of damage dealt by the burn.

UNIQUE Active: Your next autoattack applies the burn in a medium-sized area (maybe 40% the radius of Redemption) around the target, dealing 30% Total AD physical damage over 3 seconds to all targets in the area. (70 Second Cooldown)

Thoughts? Maybe tweak numbers? And what's a reasonable gold cost for this item?

Remove the active, add 10% cdr, and make the total price 1300+1100+Combine(1200)=3600, and it should work out fine.

That's not a reason, mini Zed ult duskblade has been around for long before being reworked. Hextech for akali, triforce for Irelia, Cleaver for Darius, Guinsoo for 5 AS Kog'Maw. You generally don't think about specific case champions when creating items.

I mean, if you assume there is 300 AD, that's a 60 physical damage burn at full stacks, with the fifth auto dealing only 15 true damage assuming it doesn't crit. The burn effect isn't affected by crit. So it's strong, but I wouldn't say overbearing (though I admit active could use tweaks). Also, it's still physical damage so you can itemize against it easily.
