Skin idea: Crazy cat lady Lulu and Crazy cat Veigar.

People already ship em, ones crazy the others evil, and a cat. it'd work nicely, Lulu would look like the stereotypical crazy cat lady: wide glasses, covered in cat fur, etc. Veigar.. not sure what to do there, make him mangy looking maybe?
