Ok that's obviously Dota 2's Lina, but I was thinking of a Janna skin concept centering on fire and immediately thought of her. I didn't see any similar Janna concept art and am not so artistic to create it myself, but I think this picture sums it up quite well.

Would this be an interesting skin concept? All her wind effects are replaced with fire.
