As much as voice chat scares me for the amount of toxicity and shout matches it will create, it is absolutely necessary to make dynamic queue work. It is also in line with riots stance that they want to make lol more competitive and team based. On the other hand I would much prefer to have solo queue back and pretend nothing changed at all and we wouldn't need a toxic voice chat to make the game playable.

If your pre made you're already using those but as a solo player you might not have curse/teamspeak. And exchanging Skype names in lobby and setting up a voice call is ludicrous. There needs to be an integrated voice chat that everyone with a Mic can easily access to communicate with their team

i personally don't see riot adding a voice chat. they'll have to have people monitor the voice chat then try to figure out who said which toxic thing, who said this, or that racist remark, etc. very incongruous and tedious to have to try to figure out who said what out of 10 people to be sure the correct person gets punished. i feel riot won't bother themselves with this matter.
