So I know there is no shortage of DQ hat posts but I must join in venting my disgust with the way this game is going. First off there was absolutely no reason to do this. WHY DO IT!!? The answer "This is just where were at you know" to quote the roundtable discussion is a load of crap (thats as nice as i can put it believe me i tried to be nicer). Thats like saying its just cool these days to stick pencils up my nose and walk around town because thats just where were at today.

How is this helping competitive play. If i wanted to compete with friends before I could create a ranked team. If I wanted to dominate my opponents I could que up as 5 in normal q. This just does not make sense. Matchmaking is garbage even at the lower rankings. Everyone thinks oh if your bronze or silver your just as shitty a player as other bronze/silver player. This simply is not the case. I had no problem climbing by myself out of bronze before but now I get so many casual players dragging me down every match in ranked who have no clue what they are doing.

Im not good enough to carry my team solo, and I know that, but I DO have a lot of experience that a lot of these new players dont have (ive been playing since preseason 3). I hate this sytem it is trash for high elo players and its trash for ELO hell players.

You realize it was never JUST Solo, right?

Duo was always part of it, and many people used the Duo Option.

So the question was, if we aren't going to have a Pure Solo (and we never did, not from Day 1 in Ranked)... then why Limit to only 2? Why not 3, 4 and 5?

It was NEVER Pure Solo... so why people think the 'competitive integrity' was so pure before, but now is tarnished... is beyond me.

yes i understand this completely ive been playing for years now and I never said one thing about it being completely solo. My point is they put a restriction on how many people could que up together for a reason. And they also made it so if you wanted to compete in ranked as a team you could do 5v5 ranked. The question is why remove the restriction for no reason and what was their reasoning in the past for imposing one. SO DONT SAY SHIT OUT OF CONTEXT JUST TO TALK SHIT.

And on top of all this how can riot say with a straight face that DQ fixed toxicity. First off there are less reports because if 3 or more premades are all reporting 1 guy on thier team then it makes it look like that one guy is toxic while the other three might have been the problem but they arent reporting each other. Its sheer numbers.

Also its obvious that riot has cracked down on toxic players a lot this year. I have never seen a board post about being "unjustly banned" untill this year. No i see hundreds a day on the boards. You cant say that DQ fixed toxicity when for the first time since the game came out you are actually doing something to remove toxic players from the game. DQ and increased toxicity punishment are completely independent. So please dont treat us like we are stupid by trying to justify your dynamic que. No doubt you were told to make dynamic que happen and make it look like a good thing by any means necessary. Riot is heading down a road that I dont know if I care to support. Paragon is looking more and more interesting to me.

It has helped a lot actually. The system was implemented last year and the spike wasn't nearly as big as the spike from dynamic in fact if u watch the video you would notice they compare stats from ranked to normals NOT prior patch.

2nd if you have a 3 man report you it looks the same as one person reporting you, and if u did nothing wrong you WILL NOT get punished so don't worry about them. this targeted report also was problem before so stop blaming the system

Finally a lot of these un-ban post have been around since the start of tribunal you have a bias against league atm to make seem worse than it really is.

The tribunal has been gone for a while now and Im curious as to how you have precise knowledge on how riots punishment system works at all considering they dont fully disclose any of that information. You are blindly defending them just as Im blindly complaining about it. You just have a bias for riot and Im not sure for what cause. This company is not at all transparent and its impossible to know if they tell the truth.

This is so funny DQ isn't as evil as people make it out to be and really is better in the long run people are using it as an excuse for there short comings. It is ONLY a issue at top 1% everyone else it doesn't really hurt them accept as an excuse of this is "ELO HELL 2.0" which may I mention the first one never existed so stop blaming DQ and get competitive and look to yourself to improve and not the damn system.

I have no problem looking at my shortcomings and even stated in the post that I dont have the skill carry my team and I admit I belong in a low elo. What i stated is it is more difficult to climb than it was because you face unfair matches or get stuck with premades who are all casual players. As a low mechanically skilled player its harder to climb and my game knowledge means dick squat when the rest of my team has no game knowledge.

So will everyone get off this bandwagon that "Look at yourself and stop blaming others" Ive played for too long not to realize my own weaknesses. Its pure statistics that every other season I could finish in silver (where I believe I belong) (which i attribute to knowledge not skill) and this season I cant get out of bronze.
