Dia De Los Muertos Skins [Day of the Dead]
Thought it would be kinda cool if Riot came out with some skins involving this time of the year.
We already have Christmas, Valentine, 4th of July (kinda.. Ryze) skins.. Why not Halloween/Day of the Dead?

They do. There's quite a few of them currently but are Legacy (so not in the shop normally), and we'll be getting more this Halloween as well (Harrowing event).
