UPDATE: Play games that matter with /remake

I rarely see these, but just got out of a game and looking for some clarification:

"UPDATED: A first blood against a player’s team before they leave/dc prevents a remake vote"

I got First Blood, but other team was able to remake still after 3 minutes :(

In the Q&A it also says: Q: So, my team just started a /remake vote. I stopped playing to vote, and I died. What happens? A: "Once the vote starts, it will resolve regardless of kills. So, you’re good."

So I assume, they started the vote BEFORE 3 minutes and continued to play another 17 seconds?

You have to read it better:

"A first blood against a player's team before they leave/dc"

as in, they were already dc'd when you got a kill

If first blood occured before someone dced u cant remake. Whats so complicated about it? Means if i am in your team, but i dont connect at all to game on start, and there is teamfight 4v5 at minute 2:58 and 9 people die, remake is still possible.
