Game stuttering/freezing

I just can't play anymore.. I've loved this game since Beta... but I just can't play anymore.. ever since the Windows 10 update that added the XBOX crap.. (which I disabled), I can't stop my game from constant "stutter/freeze"

My specs are good, my FPS is good, my ping is good... even had tech support try to help, but it still has never been resolved.

sigh

I'm going to miss this game :(*
