Guardian of the Sands Rammus vs Skarner spell effects

First of all the GotS skins look fantastic, I'll probably get Rammus and I'm considering Skarner. However I found it weird that Skarner has new spell effects whereas Rammus does not aside from wings on his powerball. Considering the skins are both 975 (i know prices are subject to change but still) I feel they should have the same quality effects. I know his skills don't have a ton of room for fancy effects but changes to his W and R would be pretty cool (and probably pretty easy to make too). The real question here is are there any plans to add spell effects to GotS Rammus?

IMO Riot should change his R animation into some fancy (Darude) Sandstorm where he quickly flaps his wings. Also his W can be changed to something more sand-looking, some golden armor platings or something like mecha Rammus's W but with this beetle wing's armor. And last thing, I would love to hear some buzzzzzing sound during his Q and changed R.

And change this skin to 1350 xD.

rammus isnt a turtle with this skin he is a beetle that is a bigger change then new spell effect.

I feel that Rammus Q should have the sound adjusted to the skin line. One of the best parts of the skin line for me is the sounds. With Kha I really enjoy the w sound.
