Xerath Skin: Ghost (Harrowing)

I just noticed that he desperately needs a good quality skin. Why not give him one of a ghost where magical part of his 'body' is just a transparent ghostly ghost and stone/metal part of his body is made of tattered cloth?

His abilities ghostly themed with white-blue-green colors... looking like glowing mist.
