Passive: Sierra heals herself for all of the damage she shields Ally's from.

Q: Sierra throws out two waves of energy damaging a slowing all targets hit. They waves start from either side of Sierra and converge at at the end of the range. Then when they connect the area between them grounds all enemy units.

Mana: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Damage: 80/100/120/140/160+(60% AP) Slow amount: 20/25/30/35/40% Slow duration: 1 second Grounded duration: 2 seconds Range: 700

W: Sierra tethers to an ally gaining 30% of their bonus resistances and they gain 30% of her bonus resistances for 3 seconds or whenever the tether breaks. Any enemies that move through the tether get rooted.

E: Sierra shield an ally. Whenever that shield absorbs damage the attacker is slowed. If the shield is depleted because of damage the final attacker gets stunned.

R: Sierra shields an ally. The shield has 2 health bars. If the first health bar is not depleted by 1 second then a wave of energy will shoot out around the ally with the shield and damage every emey nearby for 50% the shield amount. After the second health bar of the shield times out or is taken to zero another wave of energy dealing 50% the shield amount will damage all nearby enemies.

Sierra's R will have its health bar split in half and it will be a different color than a regular shield. If any other shields are present on a champion Sierra's R will take damage first.

Still thinking of a possible change for her passive. I adjusted her W to be bonus resistances and that there is a minimum resistances given amount. I also explained how her Ult shield will interact with other shields and added a little more info on her and added base stats. What do you guys think? Constructive criticism is always appreciated.
