Xerath was a slave to Azir's father. So he's likely doing both the maturity and "respect your elders goddamnit" things.
Hawkefire3 votesWell, we actually don't know how old Xerath was when this all happened, only that he was older then Azir.
Hell, Xerath could have been in his 30s or 40s and not really be that old. And even then, I think it would be kinda cool having a guy with a beard and fancy robes (or whatever type of clothing that Xerath would wear for his position).
At the very least the skin would be a 1350 skin, and it has some pretty strong potential to be a legendary (1850) skin.
Things you could do with it would be:
New walking animations New Taunt New Joke New Recall animation New casting animations for all his spells. Possible some new particle effects (if anything they would probably change the particles for his ult slightly, however if you all have any ideas for some new particle effects go ahead and shout em out.) And of course a new voiceover.

Example: Justicar Syndra is a skin if Syndra embraced the side of good and not the dark side of her power
Another example: Why give Soraka a reaper skin if she heals people?
