New Dragon upgrade...increased turret damage/armor/health.

There's a dragon buff that helps you destroy turrets faster, so why not one that makes them tankier? Or maybe even put it on scuttles. Get 10, get a team buff? Or maybe even a turret replacement. Kill the drag, get a turret back where one was already killed?
