Riven Hacks or Glitch, second game in two days.

For some reason Riven is getting extra runes. Extra damage, extra cd, attack speed, magic resist. All in too high amounts. They're literally eating people top lane. I didn't notice the stats until late the first time, but I knew what to look for this time. 45% cd with 20% off items. That's not possible. Also 90 armor after 10 minutes with only armor boots. Attack speed bonus too. You can't have all that AT THE SAME TIME.

Riot is about to readjust runes. Did they mess something up already or is this a hack?

those rune stats sounds about right 40 amor for armor boots, plus you start with armor and get armor leveling up, 2 armor runes will work for that, scaling cd runes will work for the 45% with 5 percent from the mastery and also some attack speed runes

Didn't even know all those stats were available, but this confirms it. The game she played she had no attack speed buffs. No runes, no masteries, but in game I looked and she had better than .1 bonus attack speed.
