Passive - Zero Point Energy: Angry creates a 10% HP shield that refreshes upon not taking damage for 5 seconds. When this shield is destroyed, Angry emits a shockwave that stuns the champion that broke the shield for 2 seconds.

Q - The Last Point And Click: Instantly stuns an enemy champion for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Damage: 100/200/300/400/500 Range: 600 Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16

W - Very Angry: Passive: Angry reflects 10/15/20/25/30% of all damage taken before defenses as true damage. Active: Heal 25% of HP. Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7

E - Equalize: Passive: Angry's movement speed changes to be as high as enemy champions that are within 1500 units of him. Active: Angry shifts barriers, switching his armor and magic resist stats and giving him 30% damage reduction for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Cooldown: 10/8/6/4/2

R - NO: Angry encases himself in a hard shell of pure rage, stunning himself and shielding him for 30/40/50% of his health. If this shield lasts 5 seconds, he emerges as a giant monster that takes 30/40/50% less damage from all sources and deals 10% of his health on autoattacks for 20 seconds. If the shield is broken before he transforms, it explodes. Dealing 50% of his maximum health as damage in a 1000 unit AoE.

I am feeling a lot of indignation towards assassins, so I decided to make a tank that is just useless to fight. It's overpowered. Tank Meta forever.

Meh we already have the rage gene champ, Gnar,

Who excels not in making himself rage, but the people playing against him.

I feel like one change would actually make Rage viable... His Q should have a 2 part reactivate that after the stun he can blink to the enemy then he may click it again to force the enemy to blink back to Rage's initial spot.

That way he can keep up with mobility but it is highly situational.
