New Item Concept: Hunter Shoes

It is the Ad version of Sorcerer's shoes Build path + 800 gold = 1100 gold total +15 Lethality Unique passive: +45 Movement Speed

Note: this boots will be mainly for assassins or some marksmen, instead of taking Ninja tabi or other boots that may not fit them perfectly. This type of shoes will be the perfect boots for the ad champions who are focusing on physical damage.

Building is weird on the Assassins and Marksmen. However, works on them, but some would certainlly go with the Hunter shoes instead because they would want to fit their playstyle of being the damage maker.
