[Suggestion] Let us gift duplicate Exclusive Skins

So I know trading Shards and whatnot isn't exactly in the future for Loot, but I was thinking if we get a shard for an exclusive skin, and THEN get enough Gemstones to be able to get the same skin again, what if we were able to unlock it for a friend at that point?

I know Riot probably wants individuals to put their own luck and money into Loot for exclusive content, but there's a lot that goes into being able to do this. And instead of getting more Exclusive content on my own account, I'd be sacrificing for a friend lol.

I'd be interested to at least hear an explanation as to why this wouldn't be something Riot would consider, even though it's doubtful I'd get a Rioter's response for something like this. But what of everyone else's thoughts on this sort of feature?
