[SUGGESTION] Let us edit lesser Runes in preset pages

So, I've personally made the argument that these un-editable pages are simply free and Riot doesn't have to give us more pages, etc., but I'd also like to point out that when the point of the new system is customization on a larger scale than before, it feels pretty bad not to edit one or two lesser runes on a preset page.

Like if I want to run the Electrocute keystone with Eyeball Collection instead of the Ghost Poro (idk who'd want to get rid of that epic vision but just an example), it's kind of a shame to "waste" a whole rune page just because I wanted that one difference when the entire page is already set up.

So for the sake keeping most of the original intent with these preset pages, I agree Keystones and maybe even the secondary chosen path should be locked, but it'd be a great compromise to be able to switch out the lesser runes if desired.
